Respond Clinical aimed to improve trauma response accuracy, documentation, and post-event review in hospitals. Manual processes were causing data gaps, delayed audits, and compliance risks with ACS trauma care standards.
We developed a real-time coordination and review platform that connects team arrivals, video/audio events, patient vitals, and forensic evidence all into a single, secure system integrated with hospital infrastructure.

Challenges Faced by the Client
Trauma team arrivals were recorded manually, leading to missing data and unreliable logs, making ACS audits difficult to manage.
Events were captured on paper or across various tools, causing gaps in timelines and unclear patient care histories during performance reviews.
There was no synchronized video and vital sign capture, limiting the ability to assess trauma case decisions and train new clinical staff.
